November Book Display: Thrive Month at UBC

By Taran Dhillon on November 5, 2025

November is Thrive Month at UBC! The David Lam Management Research Library invites you to explore our book display celebrating Thrive, UBC’s annual initiative to promote mental health literacy, self-care, and community connection across campus.

Thrive is a time when we come together as a UBC community to learn about, talk about, and explore ways to support our mental health. Promoting mental health literacy, reducing stigma, and fostering a supportive campus culture are key to living, learning and working well and this is what Thrive’s all about!

Whether you’re a student, faculty, staff, alumni, or part of our broader campus community, you are welcome to explore our curated selection of books highlighting diverse approaches to thriving from workplace wellness, mindfulness, emotional intelligence to resilience and the science of happiness.
