It is that time of year again. Thrive is happening next week!
Thrive is a mindset and a week-long series of events focused on building positive mental health for everyone at UBC. As a testament to collaboration and the significance of the initiative, a host of campus and community partners are coming together for the week of Nov. 2nd– 6th to run a variety of events that promote positive mental health. The week will contain everything from workshops to meditation meetups to free flu shots (because it is also that time of year!) For a list of events happening on the first day of Thrive, refer below:
