Remote library support during COVID-19

Due to the quickly evolving situation with COVID-19, all UBC Library branches including David Lam Library and Canaccord Learning Commons will be closed from 5pm Friday, March 20th until Monday, April 6th.  During this time librarians and staff will be working remotely to continue to support the UBC Sauder School of Business. A new Campus Closure Libguide has been created and it can be accessed via bit.ly/remoteDLAM

⇒ For information on how to access Library online databases and journals, click here.

⇒ Most of the CLC programming will migrate to an online learning environment due to the campus closure. The programs listed will run till April 3, 2020.

⇒ Faculty should contact their liaison librarians for research consultations, and for support for integrating research content and research skills instruction into courses.Librarians can work with faculty to provide instruction remotely through BB Collaborate Ultra or Zoom.

⇒ Ordering Materials: If you need Library material that the Library does not currently license in electronic format, or only has in Print, please send a request to  library.orders@ubc.ca.
The Library is working to source electronic versions of Print materials.  Because of these circumstances, it may take some time to follow up with your requests, but we will get back to you soon.
